RECIPE: BLUEBIRD TEA UNICORN FRAPPE

I'm sure that you've all seen the photos of the sugar-filled, Starbucks drink which is doing the rounds on Instagram right now. Honestly, the drink looks magical, but I can't even begin to fathom the amount of artificial colours and flavours which are used in this drink. I made it my mission to recreate this drink without any artificial colours and with a minimal amount of sugar, and as you can imagine, tea!
Ingredients

  1. For this drink I used a small mason jar, the amounts of the ingredients you use will vary dependant on the size of the cup your using - I measured by eye instead of using specific measurements.
  2. You need to use just under 1/3 of the cup of each cold brew tea, I measured out the teas in the cup I was using then put them in separate cups once measured
  3.  Blend each tea individually with 2 scoops of ice cream (you will need the mixture to be quite thick, similar to the consistency of a McFlurry)
  4. Blend the matcha in with 2 scoops of ice cream
  5. Once all the teas are mixed, add them into your cup, layering them so you can see a clear divide in the colours
